By booking an appointment with Zeyyaesthetics and their technicians you understand that the following policies are in place and effective at all times.
No Call/No Show
If you don't show up to your appointment or fail to communicate with your service provider PRIOR to your appointment, this is considered a NO SHOW appointment.
Your deposit will be forfeited and in order to book future appointment, full price of the service must be paid in advance
Cancellations
You must cancel a minimum of 24hrs prior to your schedule appointment to prevent being charged 50% of your scheduled service(s). If you cancel within 4hrs of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service. *Deposit will not be refunded.*
Tardiness
I ONLY allow a grace period of 10 minutes.
If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and charged 100% of the scheduled service(s)
* It's your RESPONSIBILITY to reach out and inform your technician.
Guest
Extra guests are NOT permitted. This is "you" time babe. Please refrain from bringing plus ones to your appointment since the studio has multiple artists.
Refunds
NO refunds are offered on services or products.

How long do lash Extensions last?
Lash extensions typically last anywhere from 2-4 weeks before needing a fill in service to maintain the initial appearance.
Is PMU really permanent?
PMU services are considered permanent as it is form of tattooing where pigment is being implanted into the skin to provide desired cosmetic results, however it does fade over time.

With that being said, periodic refresh appointments are RECOMMENDED Yearly basis. (This varies with service and client retention)
Can I get ombre with previous work?
It is important that you inform your technician of any previous work in the area of requested services
There is a chance work can be covered but it depends on the current state of the tattoo.
What will disqualify me from powdered brows?
Currently on antibiotics
Pregnant/Nursing
Diabetic (Recommended physician release)
Autoimmune disease
Active skin disorders
Cancer/chemotherapy
Blood disorders
Viral infections/diseases (HIV, B/C, MRSA)
Keloids
Accutane /Retin A
Does PMU hurt?
It is important to understand that permanent makeup services are a method of tattooing. With that being said, our clients comfortability is our top priority.
